Join Ross Mathieu & Winston Squire as they present their workouts BoxJam & Meggball in a 2- hour special workout event.
This event is to say 'thank you' & show our appreciation to those who have supported us throughout this very tough year - and of course to celebrate Christmas!
This event is FREE however please only book if you know you can make the whole event as we will have to limit numbers due to equipment. If you book and then cannot make it, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
Equipment required: Boxing Gloves, Water, Towel
