WORKOUTS ON THE DAY:
- BoxJam (Punchbag workout to Drum & Bass / Jungle)
- Meggball (Swiss ball workout to Bashment / Dancehall)

 Additional InformationÂ
Please bring a pair of boxing gloves.
 (We do have some spare but they are limited - spare gloves can be rented at £2 per pair - please bring cash for this).
All Meggaballs will be provided on the day.
