To raise awareness for Prostate Cancer, we are holding a five-hour inspirational session, filled with fun, good vibes and classes from four amazing trainers that will get your heart racing throughout the session.

'Nah fuss, Nah stress, just fun'

Come and join Anthony on his mission of fun, dance and games. It'll be a dance class with easy-to-follow moves to upfront Afrobeat tunes.

Winston Squire, Meggaball

Get lost in the moves for a challenging, low-impact, high-energy workout on a Swiss ball to an exhilarating Caribbean beat that will leave you with a long-lasting endorphin rush.

Becky Griffith, Mindful Stretch

Becky will take you through some mindful stretches to help with muscle recovery, ending with a short meditation to reset your mind. It's time to reset, relax and enjoy.

Michelle Nelson, Boxfit

Boxing fitness, HIIT (High-intensity interval training) and body-weight circuits with high-energy music.

Sisroot shea provides beautifully whipped shea butter products infused with natural ingredients and essential oils to keep your hair and body fully nourished. Products range from; hair creams, body butters and hair accessories.

JJ Sorrel brings the sweet taste of the Caribbean to your tastebuds with natural Sorrel products. Choose from delicious Sorrel juices to sweet and juicy Sorrel jam.

Kickoff@3 is a collaborative initiative set up by passionate men who wish to engage young people, using sport, music and other imaginative ideas to spread awareness.
